There is still a way in to the ticket system here. You need to login at the top. I filled out a ticket the other day saying the VPS was still down, they responded within a couple of hours, by deleting the ticket without response. VPS is still down. I am just moving on ....
If you prepaid for a year back in November, don't let them just take your money flat out. I asked for a pro-rated refund and that's what I got.
