You could do that with a Scaleway vps as @mtsbatalha mentioned (it would be within your budget too), but performance might not be what you expect.

I'm skeptical about those liteserver and dediserve ssd offers as being pure ssd rather than cached hdd. The math just doesn't work for pure ssd. Scaleway is subsidized by the FR government and might not care about losing money, but liteserver and dediserve are actual businesses
