SG Based Shared Hosting

Hope I'm not asking for too much but:
Looking for a shared or reseller cPanel host that fulfils the following criteria:
- Budget: $8/m
- Location: SG
- Minimum: 5 sites, 10 mysql, 5 mail
- Decent CPU allocation, 1GB ram
- CloudLinux/ Litespeed + Litespeed Cache
- DDOS protection yes
- SSD Disk: At least 50GB or unlimited*
- Transfer: At least 500GB or unlimited*
- LetsEncrypt SSL, softaculous etc etc
- Shell access
- R1soft / Jetbackups
Bonus: Mailchannels, dedi IP
P.S. I know I should just set it up on a VPS but I'm lazy and would like to just toss some cPanel backups
