SG Based Shared Hosting

Hey all,
Hope I'm not asking for too much but:

Looking for a shared or reseller cPanel host that fulfils the following criteria:

• Budget: $8/m
• Location: SG
• Minimum: 5 sites, 10 mysql, 5 mail
• Decent CPU allocation, 1GB ram
• CloudLinux/ Litespeed + Litespeed Cache
• DDOS protection yes
• SSD Disk: At least 50GB or unlimited*
• Transfer: At least 500GB or unlimited*
• LetsEncrypt SSL, softaculous etc etc
• Shell access
• R1soft / Jetbackups

Bonus: Mailchannels, dedi IP

P.S. I know I should just set it up on a VPS but I'm lazy and would like to just toss some cPanel backups

**Unlimited hosts should have clear TOS
