Why do you need more than half of your system storage in RAM? Unless you are caching almost the entire disk, it doesn't make a lot of sense
And, location requirement US or Canada.
You can try gorillaservers, maybe their cpu is not exactly what you need, but you may find a cpu better than E3-1270v6 or E3-1245v6. and they have 1Gbps port by default.
