Set IPv6 mode to "full", add a proxied AAAA record. CF will serve A+AAAA for you.

You've requested a page on a website (xxx) that is on the CloudFlare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within CloudFlare's system. I just have AAAA and CNAME
EDIT: The prohibited ip seems to be from the cname, if i use the domain, it goes to website unavailable

so u just edit AAAA and done?
modified the ipv6 only option, add aaaa record, and wait :P
