For Australia, i recommand Binarylane. They have servers in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in NextDC datacentres. Bandwidth is low though (200GB).
Also OVH launched VPS in Singapore. I believe they are in a Telstra DC?
RansomIT also have some great locations, however abit over your budget. They have in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide in Australia and Auckland in New Zealand.
