    For Australia, i recommand Binarylane. They have servers in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in NextDC datacentres. Bandwidth is low though (200GB).

    Also OVH launched VPS in Singapore. I believe they are in a Telstra DC?

    RansomIT also have some great locations, however abit over your budget. They have in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide in Australia and Auckland in New Zealand.

    Looks like it gets real expensive after that, with $9+/month for the base server plus storage and transfer?

    Creanova.org have VPS's in Helsinki for 45.6 euro a year with a 100mbit unmetered link :-D
