It is my understanding that with Netcup.eu they take a rather "international billing" approach and I think that exactly that should work then. That being said Ive never used netcup.eu
There is a 30 day cancellation notice with netcup.
Which is about the only reason they are not liked too much from international customers yet afaik. Being from Germany I dont mind this though, given the quality I get.
I'm not from Germany and I don't think it's a big deal ... you have to plan out cancellations in advance, not too different from planning to end a quarterly/yearly service.
