  • Sorry to bump such an old topic, but does anyone have updated code that works for this? I tried KuJoe's code with the "slider" order template and it caused the page to go blank...

    Thanks!

Boy this was a damn lifetime ago. It's amazing how much has changed.

Anyway, blank pages in WHMCS is usually a sign of a PHP error. Turn on error reporting (you're doing this on your test/dev system where it doesn't matter if errors are displayed, right?!?!?!?) and see what results. More info here: https://docs.whmcs.com/Blank_or_Partially_Rendered_Pages

Post the error here, I'm still using the same code on WHMCS 7.1.x without issue.

  • Looks like the page isn't completely blank... I still have my header and footer but the middle of the page is blank. I turned on display_errors but no errors were displayed anywhere on the page. I'm using the "slider" order template. I tried to paste the code as I see it but that caused CloudFlare to block me from LET... :(

Do you NOT FEEL protected? The CloudFlare WAF feature that CC relies so heavily on is utter sh*t. Heck, you can't post a regex without triggering the SQL injection feature.

If only we switched to (cough) Discourse and onto an OVH server... ("DDoS-Shield" can shield from nothing)

  • I reached out to WHMCS Support and this is what they had to say:

The issue here is that the page you provided is several years old and our client area and order forms have changed completely since then. You will need to contact a designer/developer to implement this as it will need to be re-done entirely.

I haven't been able to figure out why this isn't working.... Any ideas what I might be missing here? Thanks!

Your shit doesn't work with the current implementation. Pay someone to completely rebuild it to work with the current templates.

Do you have "Allow Smarty PHP Tags" enabled in the Security settings?
