Tim's still around, just not actively doing support due to his health. He's been a whole lot better not stressing over tickets.
As for removing the plans, we're a small team so focusing on the one product is easier for us, especially with our plans to roll out a custom control panel to replace SolusVM in the near future.
This does seem like change in administration
