1T B/W (I can do 500GB if 1T is impossible)

I would like if quotes remain < $5/m, $4/m is the sweet spot if possible.

i can do this in Romania if you cannot find anything, 1 core , 1gb ram , pure ssd raid 10 , 20gb , 1gbps port speed , ping to DE in most of regions less 23 ms , 6 eur/mo

Don't abuse the core and Fran won't abuse you simple. You are provided the full core on a fair use basis. 1/4 is fully dedicated to you however
Can make it happen in the UK if interested @ $5.00 and Germany is not a hard requirement.

RamNode is who I suggest, I use them in NL its only about 500 or so km away from Germany it seems.
They have a KVM Plan right at $5/m Can be a even a bit cheaper if you do yearly or bi annually

I too have heard a lot of good about RamNode. About 180ms
