Have been doing chatbots on FB messenger for a while.
Expect this bot to be able to handle tech issues for noob, and some billing issues. Or, a smarter FAQ system that can conduct some changes on your services. That's the best the current technology can do: little bit better than FB's wit.ai but nothing very fancy.
