WOT MATE? I PAID $3 FOR THIS (year) AND YOU WON'T SUPPORT ME!?

Oh I am not saying don't learn - you should always learn... But do it on a spare computer at home first. That's the best place to learn Linux IMO.

I feel like I am that person when someone blindly throws some arbitrary information into WHMCS (missing key values), and I have to say, "Uhhh.. this isn't enough.", or "I tried default values, and..."

I'd love to hear some down under horror stories, though!

Puts hand up in shame, sorry!

Alright guys - I think I can mark this thread post as solved; I instead got full blown dedicated server with this deal someone posted here:

Just seen this - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/289078 - they are available in Perth.

A VPS for $20 a month would only get me enough resources to host only one KF1 server, maybe two if they're both stock and not heavily modded and I am already paying $5 a month for a GSP to host one KF1 server for me, so I was thinking with $20, I should be able to to at least get four of these running so that it seems justifiable. Which was why I was searching thoroughly but none with enough hardware resources at a $20 a month expense.... ☹

Now I'm paying $159 a month - which is much overkill (I agree - but at this price with a VPS(if I were to continue), you would only get a four cores, 8GB and 60GB of HDD space and 500GB traffic on some providers! So I would be better off anyways on a cost point to hardware point of view) but provided I host at least 32 KF1 servers to justify it I suppose this will do(or 40 I believe as some GSPs only charge $4 or less for a KF1 server....)......besides I can also use this box to host other so called more expensive game servers(and or non game servers if I feel like it but probably not as I will mainly use it to host game servers and anything related to games...)...... looks at ORION: Prelude price tag of $15 a month and 7 Days to Die which starts at $16 a month

So I could have a mixture of these if I don't want 32 KF1 servers....lol Some of them are already up if any of you guys play the game but I'm guessing not as it doesn't sound like you guys even heard of this game lol

So....ummmm, any comments? Heh.... Would like to also find a way so that it could pay itself off as well(or at least partially), as $159 a month isn't exactly small change for me....hahaha...

So yeah, well anyways thanks guys for your input! ☺
