The title & the avatar seem to go well together.
Removing content like that should be a bannable offence.
Could at least have left us a joke, or some fake story about how some provider wouldn't refund his money after he forgot to pay.
Luckily for me you aren't a moderator.
I had just set up a new VPS and was having some trouble, I managed to get a little further and then realised only the provider could fix the issue at their end. I didn't want to waste anyone's time

Seems harsh considering my reason for editing the thread was to not waste anyone's time. I edited the thread roughly a minute after it's creation when I realised only the host could fix the problem.
Maybe ban the whole IP range of what country he's in? It'll prevent him posting no matter where he goes.
If he VPN's, I think a worldwide ban should fix?
