Except for BuyVM, is there any other company? Bitcoin should accept. DMCA should be ignored.

Could always try using https://www.server.lu/ (IIRC BuyVM hosts their gear with them)
No idea how they handle DMCAs though.
DMCA handle them trough sure
Since DMCA is a US piece of legislation, only US companies pay heed.
@dediserve - most other countries have similar laws and they will send proper letters, depending on the host company location.
Depends on the law in the hosts location, and the datacentre provider / upstream in some cases too. For us, as an Irish company, we pass on any dmca or similar complaints to customers but take no action unless presented with an Irish court order or legal request from our Police force.
Nice find
Whats the reason reason for you not using BuyVM? Just curious.
He had already and now need another with others provider, maybe.
Not seeing much of a reason for that. I'm only aware of Server.LU for any sort of colocation short of going direct with LUXCONNECT. For dedicated servers everyone just uses server.lu.

firstbyte.pro / firstbyte.ru offers .lu vps @ https://gcore.lu http://bgp.he.net/AS199524
BuyVM, BuyShared always.
@Francisco How does buyvm deal with dmca in Luxembourg?
/dev/null
Francisco
Maybe I am being a little special today what does that mean. You null route the server or the notice. LOL
'ViolentInjection' sounds like a series of really nasty porn. So nasty even I (probably) wouldn't watch it.
You'd watch.
I trash bin it.
Francisco
Highly likely.
Of course he means the server.. fransisco is a great rights alliance and DRM advocate.
Besides, it's not like the luxenbourg has the most P2P friendly laws to begin with?
So how does buyvm handle the dmca ?
I'm confused about the answer.
Never used BuyVM myself but from i've heard Francisco handles dmca reports pretty appropriate/isn't too strict about it.
I delete them :P
Francisco
Francisco what do you delete?
EVERYTHING.
The notice, silly DMCA isn't an EU law.
Francisco
Well, you may wish to reconsider.
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/en/ALL/?uri=CELEX:32000L0031
Article 14, hosting.
The moment you're made aware of the issue you can be sued for damages together with your client.
Then they can file for it, but for LU IP's and such I have it auto filter all DMCA emails :P If they want to file something inside EU that's fine, but people asked about DMCA specifically.
Francisco
Thanks for the info.
I'm no lawyer, but are you not still subject to DMCA for your non-US services as you are a US company? I vaguely remember it working that way, but like I said, not a lawyer.
I am? Pretty sure we're Canadian
