I only listed ones in stock, BandwagonHost sometimes has a $10-15/year 512MB special.
Out of the ones I listed I'd probably go with ImpactVPS in 1-2 locations and then AlphaVPS for 1-2 more. Been super happy with ImpactVPS for awhile, like top notch quality. AlphaVPS is a new one for me but I'm ridiculously impressed with the quality so far.
