I only stayed in 'shock' because by the support service, there was no forecast for anything and it seemed that always was so.
Also by your level if seriousness here, you did not inform that it was this way made me dismayed, but in understanding if it was a problem punctual everything became clearer.
Despite these occasional problems, I'm glad of this overload. That means a lot of customers, a lot of advertising, a lot of professional people testing and evaluating their products and bringing a more solid reputation to the company. And you have an exemplary dialogue with us.
I'm sure calmly, everything will work out. And whoever bought it on offer should have at least a little patience and I understand that perfectly.
But I can not help but say that it's a shame the support does not have the level of certainty and does not pass 1/2 of the 'seriousness' that you go through.
