    We are working through them. A number were incorrectly left unpaid during website crash issues. Just open a ticket if you haven't already.

    If you are having issues feel free to open a ticket and we can fix it up - the automated system is fairly strict at flagging for certain situations whilst there can be reasonable explanations in our experience the vast majority are not.
