@Nekki imo VirMach's 8GB LAX KVM for $30/year is the most insane. Much better then the $1/year openVZ in Buffalo.

Their AUP is super strict on actually using the CPU though, feel like I'm going to get terminated for just powering the VPS on.

50% for 2 hours? ...is the most strict in the TOS, very fair.
I'd rather get the offer by tragicservers. Been around a while and delivering great service. Sure, less resources but cheaper as well and I'd feel much more comfortable actually using it
I think that's for normal priced plans, there are more restrictions for the super cheap ones..
Edit: nevermind, don't think it was added restrictions.. it was their $15 administrative fee if they suspended you for any kind of abuse (was on their last offer) that rubbed me the wrong way.

The way I think it is like: 2 cores, if I run a tool that requires CPU, it's not multi-core, so I'm by default < 60% all the time.
