  But average deliverability is good. Delivery to hotmail is martial art.

  That's why I have much respect for Gmail who doesn't engage in extortion for good deliverability. Hotmail, AOL, etc. all need their hands greased one way or another.

  I've been using SES for the past couple of years now. Throughout those years, I haven't encountered any deliverability issues.
