Chicagovps is one of the most reliable budget provider. I'm a returning customer and satisfied with their support, uptime and reliability. But, remember to backup your data.

All hosts oversell. The question is, does it affect their service?

I love Ramnode however the speed between Chicagovps - EU is mucht better.
CVPS have performed pretty well for me to be honest, all the VPS I have with them have strong uptime and performance. Not sure why I am surprised
