Do not install and provide any offensive content, content which are violating copyright and contrary with applicable law in Poland. Do not use distributed processing software, software for generating cryptocurrencies, and in OVZ - game servers based on JAVA technology.
I'm unsure what you need to want to know at this point.
On OVZ - fair-share. If you will not use 100% of available CPUs all the time, nothing bad will happen from our side. In KVM you have all resources guaranteed so you can use like you want.
Yes, you can do it by yourself, using our control panel
In VPS they're possible and they're free - you can do it by yourself using control panel.
Additionally: All our servers have at least daily backups - daily backup on OVZ servers (self-service mounting of backups which you can do using our panel) or every 3 hours on KVM servers. :-)
We can enable tun/tap on request. About fuse - we're not sure, because nobody has asked about it before :-) However if you would like to test it, we can provide you free few days test to check it.
We're not putting 100s of clients per one node, so you will be able to use 100% of cores from your offer in most cases.
Network speed is fair-shared through each node, each mode has 1Gbit for use. I'm sure that you will be able to get decent speeds all the time.
Each of our nodes has single CPU from Intel Xeon E5-2600 v2 series, 128GB DDR3 ECC-R RAM, 4x Intel SSD DC S3500 RAID 5 or Intel SSD DC P3700

With privacy terms I meant what your terms are for sharing information with third parties. IE: Do you share any information with anybody outside actual court orders etc. (which is obvious youre going to do, and normal)
And the questions @_Nic brought up are also interesting. TUN/TAP, Fuse, Network speeds and also Looking glass.
We do not share any data of our customers if we are not obliged to share them to a court order in connection with the violation of the law by the customer, etc.
So as long as you're a good guy and government institutions will not try to tell us that you're a bad guy instead, we won't share any of your data, no worries :-)
Except LG which is now our point of our concern, every question has been answered above.
