I heard that if some information are submitted ，ovh also allow to transfer to another site. Do anybody know if it is true?

Unfortunately transferring the server to an account at another OVH subsidiary requires too much paperwork. So I'm only taking offers from people with a German account.

I'm getting real tired of this guy, it's several weeks since the offer and he is still asking for a server.

I gave him a break for the next 24 hours to help him to calm down a bit.
I'll take an IE (or whatever ca.ovh.com is) transfer if anyone has a spare, willing to pay - this will be immediately used for some projects, not idling or resold.
Server is gone - when trying to do it online, it says it couldn't be done as it's a different subsidiary. But it went from UK to IE without any paperwork.
I have one in RBX and don't like to renew any more

OVH.co.uk server here, make me offers in PM. Ideally want UK <> transfer (and then can also take payment via UK bank transfer). If someone can prove that a transfer is possible to another branch without paperwork/sending ID etc to OVH then I will consider it.
Shouldn't the offers be like public as to know whether people are really even bidding the amount seller quotes me as a buyer or it is just a random amount quoted by the seller.

Even when doing transfers within the same country the old server owner usually has to provide ID along with the server and contact transfer form. Sometimes OVH employees even request it from the new owner but most of the time they don't (that's at least what I've experienced so far).
As for the transfer itself one usually has to initiate it via the following two forms (which should be the same regardless of your country).
Usually they will ask for both ID from existing owner and new owner as well.
for those like to buy server from individual transfer here, be prepared your ID,
yeah thats my experience aswell ... most of the time the old owner must send his id with the 2 forms u linked
