It's the joke pretending that you never heard about Delimiter. It exists since their sudden departure from LET. I have no idea who started it.
It goes like this:
Hey, have you seen the new Delimiter offer?
Delimi-Who?
Delimiter.
It's called unmetered, not unlimited.
No! D-E-L-I-M-I-T-E-R.

We have some jokes here called "cliffs" means like the top of the absurd.
For example, the "cliff" or "top" of patience, to count your hairs wearing box gloves or, an adapted one in English: The "cliff" of love: to kiss a river's mouth.
Now I would make one specific here: To pay those invoices with someone else's card so they can chargeback again.
