Look around https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/2527/the-cest-pit#latest, seems like they are down hard.
No routes to two of their ipv4 subnets: 103.210.210.0/24 and 103.211.27.0/24 (Verified by checking the subnets retrieved from https://bgpview.io/asn/135027#prefixes-v4 against Level3 BGP), the remainder of their subnets at Quadranet (which they use for west coast) (https://bgpview.io/asn/64094#prefixes-v4) remain online and functional.
Their ipv6 subnets still seem to be routable, if I remember correctly, some of the VPSes had IPv6.
Meh only 6 bucks wanted it for some minor testing oh well. Thanks for the info.
Ticket has been open for more than 24hours without respond.Invoice paid but receieved email of service suspended while client are shows it's active.
Anyone recommend a cheap windows vps provider?

I'm on live chat have a couple questions.
@Francisco are you on live chat?
Sorry, in the middle of dinner, just email me at [email protected] and I'll reply shortly.
Francisco
Correct, its been 5day vps offline, support also didnt respond.
12/Sep is a public holiday in Singapore making it a long weekend. But well that still does not explain why support is not replying to tickets...
Its the third time my VPS went down yesterday and didnt come back up automaticly. Restarting, stopping, starting it from the control panel doesnt work, just says "VPS failed to start" or something so I gave up and cancelled it.
Are there any updates on what's going on over there or should I just open a dispute?
Their LA nodes seem to still be operational. IPv4 prefixes for the other locations are seemingly not being announced. Nothing but silence from the provider based on all evidence I've seen so far. Calls go to voice mail. Social networking presence is all quiet. Tickets are all unanswered. Blog page hasn't been updated. The provider has a fair bit of investment in their infrastructure it seems. Hardware, direct address allocations, an ASN and unique routing policy. Would seem odd to just go silently dark. shrug
A case of the proverbial bus?
It's time to add safehousecloud to the deadpool!
@netguy
I have all 4 locations of their KVM VPS and work fine until recently. 2 locations still alive which is 1. Singapore and 2. Los Angeles.
The others 2 locations was not working Washington and Frankfurt. It's quite sad to see this as I have a deadpool with Hostbd24 before. It look like LET providers was in high risk and mostly untrusted for new provider. Old providers with at least 2 years in business should be fine.

Time to pack and run?
I also have their SG location for testing and it seems up and running fine. Hoping that they will not deadpool.
Ugh, I just got a yearly kvm in DE like a week ago with them...
@eLohkCalb
I still have the hope on them. There are one of the best support team ever. Only recently, they like "disappear".
I have a backup server with other providers. Thanks for remind me.
Lack of communication is why I just raised a dispute (after attempts over the week to communicate with the team).
THAT is what is unacceptable.
I did a brief background check.
Their website footer says "PROUDLY MADE IN SINGAPORE", but from what I read in their business profile, two directors are highly unlikely to be residing in Singapore, and the other director is a public accountant who probably helped to register the company.
Not sure about LA, but in Singapore VQW usually charge two months fee in advance, so if the worst happens it'd be some time next month. Let's hope that's not the case.
Whereis the @theroyalstudent ?
Looks like the deserted house is now being used to emit spams:

I've been never met the great support like safehousecloud.
The first date when I sent you a support ticket is Sep 11, Today is Sep 17.
NEVER received any answer even they didn't add reply like "please wait".
Not sure if the names "Arne Ruhnau" and "Rene Kubitza" ring a bell.
Oh well I guess nobody cares.
