@gigavest you told you have direct china telecom and china unicom. it is not direct.

Looks like a direct path to me :)

AND there are many other providers (maybe not in LET range but still CHEAPER than your's plan) has great connectivity to China mainland
e.g. Aliyun offers 2TB bandwidth every month until the end of 2016 for 8$/mo in HK and SG location with AS4809 connected, their conventional plan, is still affordable than your's philipine stuff :)

Edited:you even flagged a PCCW backbone node that has PTR records of "sin02" as a node in the US, looks funny to me :)

dont compare aliyun with philippine. there are big differences. our ph nexlogic is connected to PH open internet exchange and its peering directly with local ISP's in PH without making a trip through HKG and back. and there are many more aspects why it is more expensive than your ali yun.
seems like you are so stupid that you simply cant use any geo database to check ip address geo location. sin02 does not necessarily mean it is singapore.besides, you dont show in your copypaste here ip addresses corresponding to TenGE0-2-0-14.br03.sin02.pccwbtn.net and belowones. I simply did a traceroute to that ip what is found here http://kvm1sg.gigavest.com/lg/ and there can not see direct ct and cu. perhaps like @gigavest told, they purchased additionally this premium traffic and forgot to update the http://kvm1sg.gigavest.com/lg/ ip address.

Yes you can make a latency of 90ms when the routing is China-US west then Singapore, and didn't you see the 8th hop has a PTR record of "hkg05"
Let's see who is more stupid
    :)

If you claim your Philipine stuff in terms of good China-direct connectivity then it is quite necessery to compare your plan with other reputable providers.
You can't provide cheap China direct traffic does not neccessry mean that other provider can't do. Yes some congestion on CT side during peak hours but other than that I didn't see a problem
    :)

I guess in the end it all depends on user experience and satisfaction level. Lets get back to the main topic here. Thanks guys!

i am just offering the thread starter and option with the plans that we are offering.

No intention to start an arguement here. As i said, it all depends on the Customers. They are the most important.

@estnoc, maybe you have another definition of Direct China routing, e.g. Own AS number with CT/CU/CM as peers listed in BGP. In the end, it all lies in the experience of the customers if they are satisfied with the network and able to achieve what they want. As a mature person and a provider, dont think anyone should be labeled as "stupid" here. Anyway, all the best in your business!

China Direct or not, lets just leave our test ip and offers here. I believe @jonchun is knowledgable enough to test for his own and make a decision to go with which provider.

    Thank You
