Hi,
Anyone can recommend me a software that can use 100% cpu and run 24/7 on windows? Thank you.

Folding @ Home
prime95 is the classic option
As I've experienced by accident, if you're on KVM, and have low RAM, try installing the Hyper-V role. It'll be stuck at pretty high CPU for a long time.
Windows 8.1
SETI@Home, a classic one :-)
Plenty of distributed computing platforms where you can donate your CPU power.

can i ask you way you want to do this ?
Why do I have a feeling this is "I want a refund, I can't get a refund, oh fine I'll just burn CPU!"
and will get my service suspended without a refund anyway
as if non throttle cpu already!
why not just fork bomb it?

That would drive CPU but only as a side effect...and if memory serves, ulimit can prevent users from getting out of hand.
Try running a simulation of the big bang... not sure if there's a Windows version...
cpuburn or PassMark BurnIn
I have used Intel Linpack for this, which is pretty good at using AVX2 instructions to maximize CPU load and test for CPU/memory/bus errors. But it comes with a .bat file that has to be tweaked slightly to get it to run in a loop.
(See
w_mklb_p_2017.0.005/benchmarks_2017.b/windows/mkl/benchmarks/linpack/runme_xeon64.bat
in the .zip file for Windows.)^This

Yep, ulimit can help, though there's been multiple times where shared hosting has taken down a dedicated node (vps - > shared) through some idiot running a fork bomb
Internet Explorer
Actually, no. I will not act like this. I have just purchased the ssd-vps from ovh but I don't know if I use up to 100% cpu, will I get banned. So I am looking for a way to test. Lol
You could.. Just ask them?
What they say and what you can actually do are different things :P
A tool like seti may be better, something that will allow you to monitor if they are limiting resources after a period of sustained usage.
Seti @ home. Or there was something called hentail @ home or something. Try that.
Why not support a company that you are sure is going to allow 100% cpu usage/ dedicating resources to you?
You know, I dont believe what they said.
Thank you very much!
I think rust can eat cpu.
Intelburntest
do some traffic exchange.
