stallionhost.com racism & reveals customer information
{customer name removed} signed up on my webhosting service and after I found out that his account was sending mass spam emails I suspended his account now {customer name removed} who claims to live in Hartford Connecticut USA(but his ip is of some shitty african country) opened a ticket with subject 'Account suspended' and in the body he wrote 'fuck you'. It seems he is not happy about something. Obviously I don't want any negative publicity. Closing or deleting this ticket or replying with 'fuck you too' would seem very unprofessional. How to deal?

What's the point of this thread?
Cause the OP is a fucktard
love , love , love , and maybe sisters ? STILL LOVE YOU !!!
I love you my romanian bff
I shouldered 20 seconds reading this too.
Looking for LowEnd opinion.
The thread doesn't make any sense.
Hide customer's personal data (Name and Surname)
"How to deal?" Close the ticket and move on.
Why is some African country shitty?

Here's my opinion; even if a customer is a twat, don't share their personal information.
I am asking people's opinion on dealing with a abusive client. Is it so wrong? Since when is his name personal data? There are prolly millions of people with same name.
Data Protection, yo...

....except "prolly" not. As someone with a completely unique name out of 7+ billion people on the planet, here's my low-end opinion: don't be an asshole with people's names.
Wouldn't want to be with a host where I can't say "fuck you" to the host.
An other FUCK YOU from me & have a nice day, CUNT!
Mentioning the name in public makes this seem like some kind of revenge/I'll get him first thread, and unfortunately makes you seem highly unprofessional. There was simply no need to do it except for being butthurt.
So let me revise my advice; shut down your business and call it a day, because you need a thicker skin to deal with the bad customers than you seem to have.
Terminate this user then terminate any of your other user then terminate all of your company accounts then move on & do some 9 to 5. You need to grow up, learn to face problems & how to deal with them before doing some business.
At least you didn't waste your time commenting on this.... oh wait.
TL;DR. If you use OPs services and they don't like you for some reason, they'll publish your personal details.
Personal advice: stay away. But it's your choice.
I hope everybody is happy now.
In almost every country have low against publish personal data ... so i think you need to be more happy.
You should have just removed the name - removing the whole thing just makes you look more like a petulant child. Pathetic.
NO, FUCK YOU. It would be fair if @jarland could get back the content of this post and close it, this should stick to your so called reputation!
