There are enough hosts with locations in ColoCrossing locations. Aren't there other providers in NYC/LAX/SEA/ATL/Chicago?
SAN, SFO, DEN, SLC all seem like fairly underserved locations for LowEndStuff

Best CC locations for E/C/W are Atlanta, Dallas and Seattle
