A few days back I was looking for a KVM to host my observium installation. Thread can be found (here). In any case @MarkTurner made this comment and stated this:

As such, we all know what happened next. Delimiter took a lovely dive into my own personal gif collection thread....
Fast forward to today when I get a call about receiving a package.... the thing is I didn't order a package. So now I am curious as to what the hell it could be, and so I quickly took a shower and went down and picked it up.

I had someone's assistant hit the order button for me on Friday
The only ticket repetitively mentioned on the forum right now is someone who wants to cancel their service, and they know how to do that - hit the cancel button. There's no need to keep bringing up a ticket when they can solve the problem by themselves in about 20 seconds.
So the amount of open tickets in the last 48 hours isn't particularly relevant then.

Referencing tickets you have no backstory on doesn't make them relevant to the thread or the service.
Someone wanted to cancel. Opening tickets isn't going to make someone else do it for them. Anyway it looks like he's found the button now and cancelled his service at the end of the billing period. Problem solved.
