I think, if Online had pulled their PayPal fee stunt before the provider poll started, then they would be a lot lower than they are.
From someone who is with Prometeus since quite some time with several services: No.
Or possibly that they're less active in the LE* markets.
It was such a confused poll from the start that I am not sure what to take from it.

Congrats to HostUs and BuyVM. Was with them both and I must agree they are very good and capable provider.
Delimiter only got 1 vote point, so it indicates they aren't that popular. And wable is 0, yeah they deserved it.
Glad to see OVH on the list. It's truly is the only host that is able to provide many resources for a cheap price.
