Best colocation provider?
What is the best colocation provider having a professional team and good support interface?
Also I need it to provide single-colo as well as full rack colocation, 1Gbps uplink at least and high monthly data transfer.
I appreciate the provider name with review or quick pros/cons.
Below are the minimum specs required for single-colo:
1U Space
2 Amps / 120V
20+ TB bandwidth on 1 Gig port
Free IP KVM
Remote Reboot
Free racking and installation.
Free simple remote hands.
Low cost IPv4 availability.
Price shouldn't exceed $40/month

There are a lot of providers, budget and location could help us provide better recommendations.
I have updated the topic, please check above.
Dacentec seems to meet all of your requirements, with the exception of the 20TB BW.
Dacentec just had a severe power outage issue and issues are repeated:

If I am not wrong, he is trying to leave Dacentec.
@mikeyur : u guys do colo ?
With your budget and requirements, you are just looking at whoever offers you this, certainly not at the "best" option because you'll not have many options to start with.
Limited space as all our colo space is being retrofitted for rental servers.
@MikeYur has been bringing over a few colo customers from Dacentec, if there is enough we could always send a truck up to Lenoir to pick up equipment like we did with Burstnet.
May I have your website URL?
http://www.delimiter.com/ but you won't find colo on there. Best to PM @mikeyur he'll get you sorted.
Does he reply to all PMs properly, or he also ignores selective PMs?
I don't see anything new from you? Last response was from you saying "That helps a lot. Thanks man."
From what's been posted around they provide decent service/network and stuff like this does sadly happen. You should slightly lower your expectations at the price point.
Hey, that was not pointed towards you, mate. Apologies if it appeared like that (not a native english speaker here). Was a jab towards Mark :P
Carry on!
Charming
Incero.
Not the response I was expecting. Sigh.
We work out of Psychz Dallas if your bandwidth requirement are flexible we might be able to do 1U for $37 a month depending on volume of course.
Incero has nice colo deal. You can check WHT colo offer section to see their colo promo.
Any location in mind?
No preferences.
If it helps, I'm about to bring up Kanas to our location mix at $44/mo for 1u colocation, 1 IP, 1A power.
We do, have a little bit of space, but it's not in OPs price range. As Mark stated we're retrofitting what space remains for rentals.
@arminds Talk to @Incero - I have a personal server colo'd with them and they're good guys. You'll have to up your budget a bit though to get any decent quality colo, or find a really really good promo.
Thanks a lot. How much higher should I up the budget?
Check https://order.incero.com/display/93/newcust80
Is this a limited time discount?
If that's your budget you should check out Dacentec, DataShack/WSI or Joe's Datacenter.
Great offer but unsustainable. Price will likely change in the future.
You can ask @Incero
Hi arminds,
I agree with @mikeyur if you want quality service you should up your budget.
I would recommend Webline-Services, they provide single-colo as well as full rack colocation, with 24/7 Support and monitoring and 100% Uptime Guarantees for both power and network.
They work with customized solutions, just contact them here: http://www.webline-services.com/colocation.html and take a look at their prices.
