$40/m will be low if you are looking to grab 2Amps of bandwidth. That would pretty much cost a provider around $20/m per Amp; that's $40/m for 2 Amps right away. The cost for the single U would come down to around $10/m for the provider, so that's $50/m right away + you are looking for bandwidth as well, that would be around $30/m minimum, total cost comes $80/m with Free Racking 'n' Stacking, Ideally, you will need to up your budget to around $80-100/m if you are looking to grab any good provider with 100% Uptime Guaranteed on the network, power, etc. on month-to-month contract.
