Wow nice, I am still waiting for the delivery, but negatively they didn't respond to any of my tickets.

I have the same problem no response at all. Maybe it will be worth for waiting.

Great to here you got a better CPU, perhaps I should have went down the i3 route instead... still awaiting my delivery, as others have said, support is non responsive...

  • Please post your motherboard model from dmidecode

  • I noticed they have already set a "Domain: hostXXX.slaskdatacenter.com" and IP address for my service, so I can expect a very shortly delivery I think.

Not really, they did this on 30 december for my server, still waiting

I've been waiting for a week and I haven't received an email asking for an id yet. Kind of reminds me when I got my 3euro kimsufi :D

With what CPU did you order?

  • My server is up now, still waiting for the password though.

  • Their network seems to dies.

This is VPS, but 100 Mbps is the same. Two days how that is stable.

  • It seems like the situation on the dedicated servers are much better than on the VPSs. Overselling maybe?

I think the node has at least one 1Gbps port. How many times they are overselling that I have such speed?

I don't know it must be a lot. (at least network-wise)

  • The network adapter at these nodes...

Seems they massively oversell the VPS nodes, kind of expected.

Okay thanks, still nothing for me, same CPU.

  • Got my server logins just now, ordered AMD X6 FX-6350, got a I7-3770. Cool.

  • How much can we use the 100 mbit port on the dedicated servers? 24/7 if needed?

  • zoliben said: How much can we use the 100 mbit port on the dedicated servers? 24/7 if needed?

No you cannot, I can see 10TB monthly transfer limit in the product details page.

Sorry, my bad. I phrased incorrectly. What I meant is if I can use the full speed of the port for an extended period of time (not surprassing the 10 TB limit).

That should be no problem however they told me server will be blocked if number of packets will be to huge (over 100k per 50Mb/s).

Well, that'd be quite an achievement, seeing the speeds others have...
