Why did you assume that it had RAID? Because it is written somewhere in their site? Because of their extremely low prices that other providers who sells hardware RAID cannot achieve? Because you asked them (they have a "contact" button for pre-sales and other questions, without need to be a client of them nor have an account)?

Due to the nature of our industry and the costs involved with provisioning and maintaining your service, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds.

Tony20 said: NO there is no mention about RAID, I assume I could ask since i was buying a server with 2 Hard Drive.

Exactly. There is NO mention about RAID. You SHOULD ask before you buy, you SHOULD read their TOS/AUP, you SHOULD know yourself how to configure software RAID to an existing server in a ridiculously cheap unmanaged server.
