  • Ahh yea 4mb got it mixed up with the wrt54gs early versions with 8mb flash. I been using ubiquiti devices so i know what you mean. Too much power adds too much noise. The whr-hp-g54 helped give me a high quality signal with increased range but nothing crazy. The wrt54g / wrt54gs works great as repeaters if you get the external antenna versions.
