Need help with whmcs order issue
I am facing a weird issue on new whmcs installation.
After I added product, when I click order now button, it loads same page again however, I when I see url, it does get changed like :
https://client.mydomain.com/cart.php
to
https://client.mydomain.com/cart.php?pid=2
Also, the view cart link is not working, but rest of the feature like ticket, knowledgebase etc is working.
One catch is that if I use Ajaxcart as in order form then everything works. Have been lurking around web for hours but apparently can't find solution myself.
running version 6.1.1
PS: Have enabled debug mode in whmcs from Admin --> Setup --> General Settings --> Others
But can't find any error in error log

Have you enable your WHMCS to use SSL?
Well, if you mean by providing ssl system url then its kind of quirky ... below is my setup:
I have used regular system url as https://client.mydomain.com/ in order to always load whmcs with ssl.
However, if add https://client.mydomain.com/ in SSL system url, then on clicking "save", it reloads with blank field as shown above.
Also, I have tested this with regular setup ie.
whmcs system url :
http://client.mydomain.com/
(without ssl)and whmcs ssl system url :
https://client.mydomain.com/
(with ssl) but no effect.guess you probably do not have ssl installed yet
Are you using the ajax cart?
May be I was not clear in first post, well, if I use "Ajaxcart" then everything works but not working with any other order form template.
@century1stop, SSL is very much installed and working.
Anyone.. (bump)
Tried WHMCS support may take 1-2 days for a response but worth a try.
remove SSL and retry
hmm.. lets see if that works without SSL however, it need to have SSL.
Just a thought, if its SSL issue then why other things are working, including product group , tickets, etc.only thing which is not working is product ie. cart.php?pid=xx
just fill out like it regularly and whmcs will redirect automatically when to use ssl. It works everytime correctly.
