To evenly fill the servers and give everyone a chance to use the offer before it expires / runs out of stock.
In case anyone's on the fence about subscribing, let me describe my experience. I signed up in the morning and had a blacklisted IP & the distro that I needed wasn't there. A couple of tickets later, I've got a new IP and the exact OS I asked for. Most response was within 15min-1h. The server (Buffalo OpenVZ 512MB) was having hiccups during installations, but after downgrading it's blazing fast. No idea what that was about. Anyhow, it's running smoothly for the past few hours and I would highly recommend them for the service alone.
You do really have problem with your billing site.
I apologize about the issue. We've cut down the possible causes and it should be resolved very soon. I believe it's one of our plugins or custom coding since we updated to WHMCS 6, as it's happening around the same time-frame every day when a cron job runs.
do you offer ipv6 address ?
We offer them in some datacenters, by request. Please make a ticket and we can let you know.
We have fixed the issue. It was a problem caused by upgrading from WHMCS 5 -> WHMCS 6. We've reported the issue to WHMCS.
A lack of CentOS 7 and Debian 7 in 64 bit in the list of OS is the only thing stopping me from ordering at the moment.
I believe we only currently have x86 on order form, however, we do have 64-bit OS on SolusVM. We can definitely add it for you if you request it, if we don't already have the specific OS you requested.
Just make a ticket - you can also make a ticket to have it checked/added for the plan you want before ordering.
@VirMach
I have a bought a VPS from you every thing is great but can you following templates in solusVM control panel
Debian 8 minimal
ubuntu-15.04 minimal
Sry i know i can create ticket but this way people who will create ticket for this purpose will not create one
and can update the ssl for solusVM control panel page
I'll pass this on to the agent who adds the templates. If you'd like a direct update please do make a ticket.
We do not have an SSL certificate for that subdomain, but just switch to port 5656 for SSL. There will not be a certificate but SSL will work.
Hi Virmach
the drive capicity of 256m ram KVM plan is not enough ! it's only 5G , I can't even setup my lnmp system . do you offer extra drive service ?
You can get the larger package with more drive space.
With 15GB plan after windows is installed how much diskspace will be left? And is it enough to run a MS SQL 2008/2012 database driven ASP.NET 4 site? I need atleast 2GB left for my site.
I believe I've already answered you on this via PM, however, I'll go ahead and state it here as well in case anyone else has the same question.
Windows will use about 9GB, so you'll have about 6GB left over after the install. This amount is enough for running an MS SQL database and ASP.NET as well as 2GB left for your site. In any case, you can request a refund within 24 hours if you run into issues.
