We had some DDOS and attack issues (after posting HK here) which meant we had some very tight firewalling. It should work now if you'd like to try, and of course the lookingglass on the site speedtest.c1.hkg1.dediserve.com lets you ping and trace out.

Have you tried both the standard and china network IPs? ICMP is definitely allowed on the LG server now.

For Auckland for example - looks like your source IPs might be filtered or blocked by the DDOS mitigation layer.

What is price for the nic and ipv4 add on? Can i choose this direct ipv4 only instead of normal one to reduce cost?

Your DDoS mitigation appliance filters out entire IP addresses? THAT must be a really shitty appliance also because it apparently randomly blocks IP addresses without any reason.
The mitigation is upstream of us and may not even be related. As I said if you are seeing an issue intact support with details.
