  • @rm_ @Fusi

We had some DDOS and attack issues (after posting HK here) which meant we had some very tight firewalling. It should work now if you'd like to try, and of course the lookingglass on the site speedtest.c1.hkg1.dediserve.com lets you ping and trace out.

  • @rm_ IP6 is configured, it will be online in the coming week

Nope, still not working from exactly these locations.

  • Have you tried both the standard and china network IPs? ICMP is definitely allowed on the LG server now.

  • PING 185.99.132.5 (185.99.132.5) from 45.114.117.10 : 56(84) bytes of data.
    64 bytes from 185.99.132.5: icmp_seq=1 ttl=53 time=141 ms
    64 bytes from 185.99.132.5: icmp_seq=2 ttl=53 time=140 ms
    64 bytes from 185.99.132.5: icmp_seq=3 ttl=53 time=140 ms
    64 bytes from 185.99.132.5: icmp_seq=4 ttl=53 time=140 ms

    --- 185.99.132.5 ping statistics ---
4 packets transmitted, 4 received, 0% packet loss, time 3144ms
    rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 140.770/140.932/141.187/0.311 ms

For Auckland for example - looks like your source IPs might be filtered or blocked by the DDOS mitigation layer.

Feel free to drop us an email (or even a PM) if thats causing any issue?

What is price for the nic and ipv4 add on? Can i choose this direct ipv4 only instead of normal one to reduce cost?

We provide a 10mbps China nic and ip4 at €15 monthly.

It is in addition to the standard 250mbps and ip4

Your DDoS mitigation appliance filters out entire IP addresses? THAT must be a really shitty appliance also because it apparently randomly blocks IP addresses without any reason.

The mitigation is upstream of us and may not even be related. As I said if you are seeing an issue intact support with details.
