So how to get that "carrots" free?
Since I didn't see any this can't said to be a true free promotion.
Turn off your ad blocker and use the orange button.
What the fuck are you going on about?
@justin4869 Read carefully whole page. Firstly claim your 50 free carrots (LOL!), then you'll be able to pay with them.
Sorry but at this point I have to ask what the fuck they are going on about.
Guess there not allowed post your Hong Kong deal..
@Anna_Parker also you should edit away all mentions of plans which are >$7, because this is outside the LET price limit. Just nuke the entire "Paid plans" sections as they don't have any <$7.

Maybe that sheds some light on who is doing the HK part
Read the post carefully, it's not my offer.
Yours or not yours, not allowed, guess you long time on LET but not follow rules.
Well okay my bad. lol
At least my ad blockers are running cheerfully. The instruction section was all banned.
I got one, but its in HK....

The funny thing is that you can claim infinite sitecoin carrots, creating infinite carrots accounts (someone says "mailinator"? ).
Those sitecoin have an expiration date, so after you got a some on a new carrot's account you can just make a payment on vpsbit to have some carrot credits available to pay future invoices.
CarrotPay seems totally crap, IMHO.
They are using Hong Kong IPs in Lithuania (because makes sense, right?)
You should check the actual location with traceroute.
The result was :

I see that the "Coming soon" free VPS in US has 512 GB of RAM. Wow...
Is it free for only the first month?
Got one, thanks. What is the carrot USD exchange rate?
Any LowEnd discount/offer on HK VPS? Would LOVE to buy some.
@lifehome I know of EDIS and 36Clould offering HK servers. EDIS is more expensive, but their network is much faster. 36Could is slightly cheaper, but their network is limited to 2Mbps, not really usable.
@Anna_Parker I just cannot login with the root password I set at provision time.
Has anyone got it work? Everything seems to be good except cannot login.
@elgs Login as user (defined on deploying), then use su command.
@Anna_Parker I saw it's optional, therefore I cleared it out. So is it not optional?
@elgs check your sshd_config file for
PermitRootLogin without-password
line.Change to
PermitRootLogin yes
@Strikerr, thanks. I'm still outside the box, and am still struggling to login.
Thanks @Anna_Parker, @Strikerr, it works with charlie now.
