We "providers" can get IPv6 knowledge easily, but still the customers are not used to it, which will be a marketing obstacle.
I'm still inclined to believe a /11 will be handed to arin by iana this summer.
That /11 will be gone before it has time to show on the stock list. By then someone would probably already have a pending request for at least /11
