this notice is to inform you that TheHostingSquad will be terminating its services with effect from 09/17/2012.
Users who have VPS Servers on DallasBox2 will have their services kept online before 09/03/2012
Users who have VPS Servers on DallasBox1 will have their services kept online before 09/17/2012
Kindly backup your data before the date above.
We will also refund customers who have just paid, or has not completed their one month cycle of service.

I guess this is probably the best ending for Hosting Squad and hopefully @Randy will be able to learn from this lesson

Because no one is dumb enough to use a $1-4 Windows VPS as a production server.
Zetta, even if they were from reading the email sent out they'll receive refund for the un used time!
I have got some free Windows licenses from MSDNAA and Dreampark.
@tux Those are non-commercial educational licenses.
Most likely windows license is the culprit here.
One can argue or at least hope that Randy's use was educational. At least hope he learned some valuable lessons and will do better next summer.
