I prefer OSClass. Here is our testing job board that was build on OS Class + Default theme (bit modified)

It's worth to mention (obviously, but I forgot about it), no user should be able to post in the website, it's more like a classifieds system, I'm now looking at all the options your mentioned.
You can setup it with Os-Class script.
