They are probably getting ddosed by haters and opening a support ticket can only make things worse.
Nah, for one reason or another, my IP is firewalled on their network somewhere.
I know there was nothing on the VM stopping me from getting there, but I reinstalled anyway to test -- still cannot access from my residential IP, however others work fine.
Someone else will be taking over the offers for the rest of the night. Expect offers to be updated more quickly again for the remainder of the night.

I'm confirming there will be no EU offers, so I would recommend ordering Piscataway, NJ for the best connection to Europe for this offer.
Support ticket times will be a lot longer than usual. Average time is 2-3 hours. I would expect the response time to be much slower for this sale, sorry.

I would expect download speeds to be temporarily lower while everyone in the datacenters are setting up their new plans. I would also anticipate the disk speed to be lower temporarily while all these new VMs are being created.
I can definitely tell you that the NYC servers are less filled than the locations you mentioned.
