Stable 70Mbit on a 200Mbit line in Croatia.
Seems to be singlehomed UPC/Aorta? This benefits some users (= them) but is horrible for most others like me now (i do 200Mbit stable from DE and RO in other networks).
its a 1gbps dedicated dual line , the problem is is not routed correctly in some networks and Upc is fuking my mind.

Lastly from colocker UK... All I can say is wow someone has some shitty transit :-( - It's a 1Gbit port but the router I have on the end of it probably will only do about 300-500Mbit/s
really thanks !
thanks !

I had some issues with the way the forum handles formatting :-(
Hopefully it's a bit more readable now.
Bit disappointed with Colockers transit but hey they're convenient and cheap(ish) and most of my traffic from/to them is domestic anyway.
Aorta doesn't peer unless you are international network with 100GE core and fit in the ratio requirements. On this occasion you can blame it on Aorta/UPC and this stupid, unwarranted tier1-like policy.
i wonder if only 3gbps ddos (maximum) can Let good people send ... because in 24 hours was the maximum recived ....
@Clouvider it's not just to that location though, i've noticed it before on other stuff that goes via transit instead of via Linx.
For comparison I tried my VDSL2 at home (In Sync at about 68Mbit/s)
If my xDSL ISP can manage it and they're a small provider I'd expect someone offering a Gig port to do a bit better than 10-20Mbit/s
From Santiago, Chile 1gb shared:
From Tampa, FL 1gb shared
Colocker is not Aorta though IIRC and generally has... not so nice... routing. Aorta is crazy anyway and always was (with the usual bunch - DTAG, TPSA, ONO, UPC, TI... always the all uppercase companies...)
yes , but the problems here is selling me a dedicated line in all eu (wich is not cheap) and i have only the maximum speed 600mbps with Nederland. I will wait 24 hours more and if not i will kiilling the line. unfortunatly i have many clients who really need this line. ....
i have past the same with Magyar telekom and in 2-3 days was resolved , so i suspect some unprioritizates routes ..
