no, it's 15 euros, still 3 times cheaper than on Steam where I live
anyway, I'm stuck at a point (in Somalia) in the game where you have to breach the door, well you just cant do it, It does not show up the key to be pressed / nor does the key which is usually pressed make the door break open, this makes me feel not to buy the game "again".

Sorry, have never worked with it. But you have to give them your phone number, their bot will call you, spell some code and you'll have to enter it somewhere.

Will that bot call American phone numbers? Last time I tried to buy a Russian VPS account that had an auto-calling bot, it would only call numbers that began with +7.
Hint: try some ukrainian providers. They may also work for russian keys.

is Steam client stupid enough that proxy would suffice? I thought proxy would forward only certain ports, what's the story here?
NO ONE KNOWS. Keep in mind some games do do their own authentication. Like if you can activate it on steam and execute the game, the game itself might not even let you play it.
