I was looking for Singapore VPS. Searched over LEB Offers, LET & some other. Found only these.
HostUS $5.65/Month (2 Cores, 768 MB Ram, 30GB SSD, 2TB BW, 1Gbps Port) LeaseWeb $7.99/Month (1 Core, 1 GB Ram, 40GB SSD, 4TB BW, 1Gbps Port)
Requirement is 512MB+ Ram, Min. 30GB HDD, Min. 1 Core, Min. 1TB BW
Price Range: $5-$10/Month (Not crossing $7 will be best).
Is there any more offer ??
Edit: I will be running VNC only. Curently using DediStation (Forgot to tell that @linuxthefish later responded with great care), need low latency vps as I'm in Asia.

I use leaseweb solid network and performance, tried a few and gave me best network performance specially back to Europe and other countries.
The Leaseweb 1gb KVM shows as 8 SGD for me when I try to order (approx USD 5.75 only)
Go for it.
I get the best latency out of my 4GB leasweb for VPN use from India.

HostMada seems to have better offer. But, IP says they are also in LeaseWeb Network. Thus, pricing somewhat same.
Vultr is in Singapore, but you won't get those specs...for $5, it's 15GB SSD disk and 768M RAM, but they're in Singapore.
DO is there too - less memory (512), more disk (20).
Depends how vital your specs are...just mentioning.

After giving Leaseweb a bit of stick for always pushing stuff (surveys, contact forms, cloud security seminars) on lolz non-https www2, credit where, due they did this week optimize their Singapore routing based on my feedback. Their S pack is near enough in LET budget.
Vultr is pretty good too, seem to use NTT and PCCWGlobal out of SG but they don't have a direct cross-connect to Equinix peering fabric so no *.sgw.equinix.com to all the regional countries, their are pros/cons to this though and I find their SG network performance more consistent than DO, Linode and Leaseweb.
