All whoishostingthis.com is show the WHOIS organisation for the IP address that the domain resolves to.
Many providers that you'll get reseller hosting from will not own their IP space and thus will only show the provider's server company.
If you REALLY don't want to show who hosts your main domain, just host it separate from your reseller hosting provider!
